It includes everything, including circumstances, situations, experiences, behaviours, reflections, and beliefs. It also includes all contexts, from individual, to corporate, to national. In time, the map will let these different aspects be highlighted.
The recommended citation is like this:

You can search for a specific source scale by name, abbreviation, or citation.
The planned roadmap for openflourishing.org includes CC0 measurement items for the terms in the map. There are some details to get right, like not violating copyright. In due course, contributors will also be able to add measurement items to terms.
Certain general terms, like "wellbeing", are so general that they pertain to the map as a whole. This means they aren't really a useful element of it, and instead cause the terms to lump together into a single cluster. So, these general terms are removed.
A minority of terms are not be connected from the main network. These terms are also removed during processing.
It's currently funded entirely by me, Reuben Rusk, the creator of openflourishing.org. If you like to get involved financially, please get in touch.
Not yet, but this functionality is planned.
It would be great, wouldn't it? It would require significant investment. But, we can make the app open source, of course, to allow anyone to contribute. Feel free to get in touch if you've got some ideas.
